Catchmaster traps, Disposable Fly Trap, Humane Mouse Trap, Mouse Glue Trap, Sticky Mouse Trap and more…
If there is one thing I have learned from my 30+ years of New York City life, is that you cannot rely on your landlord to do anything. If your toilet gives up, it’s up to you to hire a plumper or play one yourself.
Like lazy landlords, mice were another aspect of city life I just took for granted. In my early years I feebly attempted to trap them, scare them off with a cat, and even patrolled my house at night with a BB gun, firing blindly into the darkness. Nothing worked, and I gave up.
Then I found Catchmaster traps. For once, I had felt as if I had outsmarted the mice. My apartment was 100% mouse free. That had NEVER been the case at any time, in any one of my numerous apartments. Catchmaster traps changed the way I think about New York City living. I wish they made pigeon trap. They could revolutionize the face of the city.
I feels wonderful knowing that rodents in New York City are not a given. You can do something about them, and it can work.
Now every few months when I begin to see the telltale signs of rodents (food packages nibbled at, droppings in the pantry, mice sightings when I go to the bathroom at night) I just go to the store for a few more Catchmaster glue boards, and the problem vanishes.
