The End of Fly Season and Disposable Fly Traps
There are plenty of reasons to look forward to fall, but for me the best is: fly season is almost over. Yes I love the changing colors, the cool breezes, the autumnal thanksgiving feasts, but not having to ward flies off while I’m trying to carve the turkey is pretty convenient.
No more hideous buzzing, seeing flies land on counter tops or other areas where they don’t deserve to exist. No more money spent on disposable fly traps, no more disposing of those sickly creatures into the trash after they’ve collected as black stripes on the sticky brown paper they’re attracted to.
Soon I’ll be able to open my window without worry that I will hear the disruptive buzz of those squalor eating insects, with their eyes that see our swats in slow motion, making our hand gestures look clumsy and slow. I have had a summer full of them. No more flies, I say! No more!
But the winter is mouse season. So it’s important I keep my home clean, and examine the outside around my house to see that there are no holes or gaps that could allow vermin into the foundation. I don’t want to have to buy the best mouse traps, but I know where to get them if need be.
